TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether Hotmail can be used for the Thailand Pass application and the recommended document formats. Many users advise against using Hotmail or Outlook, suggesting Gmail as a safer alternative. It is noted that while some individuals had no issues using Hotmail, the official guidance discourages it, emphasizing the importance of using JPEG or PNG formats for most documents, except certain additional documents which may be submitted in PDF format.

I applied for Thaipass 3 days ago. Not yet received pass. Has anybody got it within 3 days. Frustrating ...
i've just applied mine 2 days ago.. i'm nervous as well. Vietnameses are visa-free to travel Thailand (before covid), now it feels more nervous than applying for a visa.. 😅😅
The site says not to use hotmail or outlook. Everything has to be JPEG’s or png. Except for the last part where it says “additional documents “ and ask for those in PDF.
