How long to get visa approval,applying for 60 day visa from uk

How long does it normally take for Thailand pass approval? I applied for test and go prior to them closing that option and still no approval after 4 days. I even wrote to the support email but no reply. Should I reapply for AQ as my flight leaves on Jan. 5th?

Is it possible to switch directly from Education visa to a teaching visa? The employer is recommending cancelling the ED visa first then apply for a COVID visa then change over to a teaching visa. But she also said that for the covid visa, the stamp given is usually 15 days first then after 15 days, need to go back to the immigration and see if they will stamp the additional 45 days. My other question is, does the immigration usually approve the additional 45 days?

Once you've submitted your 90 day report online and got to the 'Pending' status and printed confirmation, how long roughly does it take to be approved? I'm in Bangkok for what it's worth.
