Renewing your motorbike licence ...passport ,residency cert, medical cert u can vist DTL nearest to your residency cert to apply ....yes u can renew after its expired but not more than 1yr from expired or u need to take the test all over again

Have u tried requesting for a new login id using your debit card at the atm? I request for a new login id using my debit card at the atm after verifying my phone number and birthday the atm give a transaction slip with the new login id and received the password tru sms ....which after I use the new login id and password on the app of the new phone and it works...hope this helps

Updating your new address just go to any SCB branch with your passport and bank book and your latest rental receipts or electricity bills (get from juristic office condo)

its still possible when your GF opened a bank acct register a Sim under her name and set up the Sim and bank app on your phone.....

the nonO is already in the passport and thai driving licence is a gov issued document that have your address in it and the bank staff recognizes that....so whats your problem?
