Most ppl apply for nonO instead of nonOA without the insurance requirement and get local insurance after arriving in thailand

Are u able to make deposit or transfer? If its been froze....u still can use Wise to transfer funds to your landlord's thai acct

If u already have a thai bank acct then the answer is YES...u can bankin the requirement funds and apply for the nonO inside thailand....if u do not have a thai bank acct den u need to apply the nonO outside thailand with overseas funds and travel to thailand after approval to open a thai bank acct......currently its almost impossible to open a thai bank acct with tourist visa

Its possible to open a acct to buy stocks in thailand but whether its a good idea or not it's up to individuals....I myself do hold some gov bonds with a nonO retirement

The bkk bank shd let u keep the acct if you have the title deed and yellow book...go get another acct with other banks with your condos title deed....if u really can't get a thai acct I'm sure the juristic of the condo will find a way to let u pay your bills

the reason I'm still keeping the atm card is I dont have to visit bank branch whenever I need to change phone and also it serves as a rabbit card

Have u tried requesting for new login id using your debit card on the atm? Use your debit card on a atm and opt for more services choose the request for new login id verify with phone number and birthday....the atm will give u a transactions slip with new login id and sms u the password.....use the new login id and password on the app on your new phone
