Is this the right visa to convert it to a non-O marriage with multi entries in Thailand when immigration, which is then renewed annually? (There is no other non-immigrant online at the Thai embassy)

-------------

Ist das das richtige Visum, um es in Thailand dann bei der Immigration zu einem Non-O marriage mit Multi Entries zu konvertieren, das man dann jährlich erneuert? (Online gibt es bei der Thai Botschaft kein anderes Non-immigrant)

I know I'm being lazy by not searching for the answers but bureaucracy seems to change by the minute here, so as you guys have the knowledge & experience here's my question

I'm here in Chiang Mai on a 90 day Non O retirement visa, been here since 1st December, I have the requisite 800K sitting in the bank for way over 6 months. I'll be looking for the multi entry extension. Can this be done online or do I need to go to a government office

When can I apply for the one year extension here in CM, is it 45 or 60 days after entry, can you confirm the documents I require are:

1- bank statement showing the money has been deposited for the desired period of time

2- Residence certificate

3- Passport with the required stamps

4- TM30

5- 3800 Bht payment fee (for multi entry)

6- TM7 application form

Have I missed something?

I am not sure I followed the proper procedure when I left Thailand. Last ApriI obtained my first non immigrant O visa and then was able to get my one year extension of stay in July. I left the country a couple of weeks later and am not sure if I got my reentry permit. This is a picture of my last passport stamp. Did I mess up and lose my visa status? Please advise. I did buy a multi entry permit as well.

Hello,

I work in the UK in tourism and at the end of the early October I plan to return to Phuket and get a marriage visa.

I know I have to wait 3 months for my extension.

I was wondering when I apply for marriage visa if I do it with a multi entry permit can I leave Thailand and come back within that first 3 months.

The reason is my mother has been unwell and my wife and we would like to visit her in Australia 🇦🇺

Thanks in Advance 🙏

I managed to get my initial 20 day Thai wife visa and will return for the year stamp in 3 weeks .. then I will get my multi entry permit.. ..

Does anyone know what docs I will need to

1) get the full 1 year visa stamp and

2) multi entry ??

Hoping it is not a duplicate of the entire visa application process which was 76pages altogether

I currently have the 90-day non-O and will soon be going to immigration to get the 1-year marriage extension.

What do I need to bring with me to make sure this goes smoothly?

I know I need a bank statement saying I have had 400k baht in a bank account for 2 months.

I will have my wife with me, and our marriage license with us

I will have $200 (is it okay if it's in baht and not USD? All the sources I find just say $200) because I want it to be multi-entry.

Anything else?

Change Non-O (retirement) to DTV.

Morning.

So I have a Non-O EOS till next March, but would like to change to DTV sooner than that. Reasons are apparent ease of application for dependant spouse (Cambodian) and due to the nature of her job, the Cambodian gov don't want her to have a long-term Thai Visa. Cambodia calls the DTV a special tourist visa.

I own and run a property business in the UK remotely, though it requires several trips back per year.

Do I need to do anything with the Non-O in Thailand before applying for DTV in Cambodia (inform, cancel etc)? I have a multi-entry permit.

Many thanks.

Hi,

I have a retirement visa with a single re-entry which I am going to use soon.

I was told you could purchase additional entries from immigration at BKK airport, does anyone have any experience doing this?

Thanks 😊
