ReEntering Thailand with a single entry permit on a retirement visa does anyone know what stamps get put in your passport

I know the Re-Entry will get stamped USED but what about the remaining length of my stay what stamp do they use for that

Where can we get our marriage documents (certificate, State verified and USA government verified) translated into Thai for bank account opening and how much does it cost?

Long post, but wanting to give as much info as possible, in hopes of getting proper / thorough answers

I haven't had an income in over 5 years

Formerly self employed.

Living off savings.

Been traveling nearly 4 years.

Recent 1 year Ed Visa (expired in Feb).

The bulk of my finances is in investments / TFSA.

I pull from TFSA as needed, keeping my bank balance at approximately 10k Canadian.

Question...

-Will the balance of my TFSA be accepted as proof of funds??

-Will my investments?

I can transfer 500 000 bhat at anytime. Should I do this now, in anticipation for applying in several months?

Should I apply in Canada or Vietnam?

I was told by my visa agent today that if I deposit 500,000 into my Bangkok Bank Account, they will hold that money for 90 to 120 days. Regardless of where it came from or where it is going.

If that is true, What the Fck is going on here?

I have seen reports that differ... Can anyone comment with actual first hand knowledge of the situation? Please don't waste my time with comments that are unrelated to the question asked.

I arrived via Samui immigration at airport today. I see on my stamp she wrote “non -re”. The date looks correct, is the non-re correct since I have a multi entry stamp that is valid until January?

Hello, my Name is Dieter and I‘m from Austria. I intend to work in Thailand for my Italian company as freelancer with a DTV visa, long term. My First question is: can I open a bank account in the future? And what requirements do I need to meet? Second: can I make a change-of-visa to a Non-Immigrant Type O visa some day?Especially since a bank account seems to be a requirement for the Type O visa.

Any insights or experiences?

Hi advice on going from 800k I the bank to 65k a month. My question is I been sending at least 65k per month since February and hold 400k in my bank account now. Visa is due in October. Is this possible to get my visa if I continue to do this and is there a agent that will help me gain my visa. Good advice but have been told it can be a combination of both. Providing that it meets 800k total. So are there any agents out there that can help
