Hello everyone. 🙂

I have been trying to fill out the TM30 form as a landlord for our condo with no luck. I have spent hours filling in all the fields with the correct information from our juristic office.

Any suggestions how I can get it completed and has any one else had this problem?

Can I get help at an immigration office, would they go through it with me?

I have the property title deed, blue book and passport.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Have you added your address, as you have to submit that and wait for it to be accepted.

Probably have to include a copy of your house book as registered owner

yes I went through the correct address from the title deed and reception in my building so that should be fine but it’s still not accepting it.

Not sure what part you are struggling on. Have you already got the username/password to log in?

On the front page (where you log in) there is a link to the user manual. It’s in English or Thai and walks you through step by step.
