This is a TM30 question ( I have browsed previous posts but can't find an answer). I left Thailand in late April but had signed a contract for a new apartment, starting 1 May. I will not return to Thailand until late July. Landlord is asking re the TM30 form. From what I have read here, I need to ( or my landlord) needs to submit the form on my return and not now (as you need an entry stamp to upload). I do have a re-entry permit. Many thanks for any clarification.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form, required for address registration in Thailand, is generally submitted within 24 hours after your arrival in the country. Since you are away until late July, your landlord will need to file the TM30 form after you return and show your entry stamp. This aligns with feedback from other community members confirming that the form should not be submitted until you arrive.

Your landlord must do the TM3 after you have arrived.

The TM30 address registration form is filed after you arrive into Thailand... usually within 24 hours of your arrival into the place you will be living.

Thank you, so nothing for the landlord to do until I return.
