TLDR : Answer Summary
A user recently moved into a new condo and discovered that their landlord is unfamiliar with the TM30 reporting requirement, with previous tenants not mentioning it. The landlord is currently unavailable, and the user is seeking advice on how to handle the situation, specifically regarding how fines are calculated based on the dates involved.
