TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully extended their Non-O visa for a Thai spouse at CW Immigration Office, highlighting that booking an online appointment made the process hassle-free. They arrived early, were called in on time, and indicated that after applying, there is a 21-day waiting period for processing. Community members discussed required documents, such as an updated marriage certificate, which was needed for the final stamp on the extension. Others inquired about document requirements and online booking processes.

Hi..sharing the guide from Tod Daniels that i used for my ext application...."This is a general list, it is NOT office specific and you would be well served to slog on out to C/W before you're going to apply and get the hand out from Section L-1 out there.

That way you know exactly what they're wanting

they do realize that's the 21 day under consideration stamp and that they show back up Jan 30th like the stamp says to get the year extension inked in (y)

Thanx for pointing it out though πŸ™‚
