Need Help with DTV Visa Application (Including Wife & Child)

I plan to apply for the DTV visa in Vientiane and want to include my wife and child in the application. I meet the financial requirements to support them, but I’m confused about the process and how to apply for them alongside my own application.

Hi, how does it work regarding getting the DTV visa for your spouse? Do u apply together or does one apply first then later for the spouse?

When does thailand release data on visas (including new DTV) and how many been issued? Nice data to see on what types of visas increase or decrease, this usualy leads to government policies aince Thailand is very tourism driven.

A couple of updates. Tried opening a bank account at Bangkok Bank in Tha Muang on METV yesterday and clerk got a white binder of rules out and denied me. She was polite and just told me what kind of visa’s would be accepted. Swapped my USA sim card with my Thai sim card in phone and was able to do two factor authentication and transferred $Baht to friends account using wise. Limit of 49999 baht on transfer in wise.

Hi I thought I could get a 3 month visa and apply for my year ao visa once inside the country. I can't see how to get the 3 month visa though. Does it still exist or did it all change with the e-visa situation

At present I have a Non- OA visa on second year extension to expire September 26, USA citizen.

Question 1. Is it possible at the end of the second year to get another one year extension { third year }?

Question 2. Is it possible to change this OA Visa to a Non-O retirement Visa in country?

Also, can I open a bank account with a non-immigrant OA visa?

My husband and I are each currently on our own retirement visa extension. Is it possible when we need to extend or renew to only have one of us on a retirement visa and the other as a spouse or dependent? We are both US citizens. We are a married man and woman and have used the monthly deposit of 65,000 baht each per month into a joint account to meet financial requirements. What would the dependant requirements be?
