TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the different visa options available for someone looking to find a job in Thailand. The main consensus is that a work permit is essential, which typically requires an employment offer. It's suggested to consult the Thai embassy for specific requirements, as the current job market may be challenging due to high unemployment rates in Thailand. Alternatives mentioned include opening a business or exploring jobs as an English teacher. For those already in Thailand on a tourist visa, pathways to longer stays include enrolling in language classes or finding employment that can sponsor a work visa.

Praveen it’s hard to convince any company to hire a foreigner for a general position. Your better bet is to go to SINGAPORE where if you are Indian national you will get special privileges to get a job with Singapore employers under the SINGAPORE-INDIA Ceca treaty

You can switch to "Thai Elite" without leaving the country. Cheapest one is 500.000 baht. That would give you 5 years with no visa concerns.

you can go to a language center and ask them to learn Thai. They can provide with a 1-year visa.

If you find a job, they can can provide you with a 1-year visa as well.

easier to swim around the world blind folded, I’m sixty five married and okay financially and still need to provide more information than necessary, built a mansion for three families to live in, and own a home and business in England.

unless you're married with a Thai national or have a job with work permit or are over 50 (with at least 800,000 THB salted away in a thai bank) then it's unlikely.

There are an estimated 10 million Thais now out of work. I doubt it's a good time to be looking for work here.

You can open your own business to create your own job as well for Thai peoples.

Sorry there's almost not any job for you here to be offered by others.

Suggest you contact Thai Embassy and check requirements there. Obviously at the moment no foreign people are being admitted to Thailand at all until further official notice.
