TLDR : Answer Summary
A 90-day visa for Thailand allows foreigners to stay legally for 90 days. It can be a NON-O visa for various purposes like marriage to a Thai national, retirement, or parenting a Thai child, or a NON-B visa based on employment. Additionally, some may refer to a 90-day stay as a 60-day tourist visa with a possible 30-day extension. It's important to understand that certain conditions apply, and specific visas may require you to leave the country every 90 days or renew your visa based on different circumstances.

I deal with Colonel visa across from immigration. I drop of my passport and they go to immigration for me. It’s really not special now because immigration is not busy at all. Please have a Thai speaker / English speaker go to immigration or a visa service and I bet you will be fine. All the best to you.

It means you have 90 days to play and by then if you become infected with Covid.....among other things, then you must leave the country! If within 90 days you become a father, then immigration may renewal your visa for another 6 months then you can take your baby home with you.

OK. So you're Burmese. To be honest, I think you'd have better answers if you asked on a Burmese group for migrant workers as I'm pretty sure you have more options than than what is usually discussed here. To answer your question: 90 day visa usually mean some sort of non immigrant visa tgat allows to stay with family, volunteering or business. Some other countries (I forget wich ones) can get a 90 day tourist visa. I don't think Burma is one of them.
I'm not sure Thai embassies are issuing Ed visas just now unless it's at a university degree course. As I said, being of a neighbouring country to Thailand you would have more options that most people on this page are aware of. Speek to your fellow country men (and women) to see what options are, available.
air ticket, quarantine 11days, insurance, certificate, covid19 test.

The down side of 90 is you have to leave Thailand every 90 days (normally, now is not normal) retirement visa is easier.
A 90 day visa is a Non-O (based on being married to a Thai national, raising half-Thai children, retirement, etc), OR a Non-B visa (based on employment).
SOME people may use "90 day visa" to mean a 60 day tourist visa with a 30 day extension of stay based on tourism
There are numerous options for a 90 day visa. For what would you be applying? Retirement (over 50), working, marriage to a Thai national, volunteering to name a few.
