Do I need to correct my partner's name on my 90-day reporting receipt at Kanchanaburi immigration?

ORIGINAL POSTER
Hi all. My partner and myself are on non-immigrant O-A visas from Australia. We went into Kanchanaburi immigration yesterday to do our 90 day reporting. All went smoothly. Stupid me did not double check the paperwork and I have just realised that they have put my partners name on my “receipt of notification “. Do I need to go back in to the immigration office and get this updated. We are leaving Kanchanaburi today.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of getting a 90-day reporting done at the Kanchanaburi immigration office while on non-immigrant O-A visas. However, they realized that their partner's name was mistakenly recorded on their receipt of notification. They are seeking advice on whether it is necessary to return to the immigration office for a correction, especially since they plan to leave Kanchanaburi the same day.
