I need to apply for a multiple entry non-O visa, taking care of my Thai children. Is there still a consulate nearby that doesn't ask for this 400k Thai bank statement?

UPDATED WITH PICTURE OF VISA.

NON-O Visa (Thai child)

Here's my experience with HCMC Thai embassy.

Made an appointment online for today..showed up with Copy of my daughters birth certificate, ID card & house registration book

I didn't print anything to do with financial statements as it wasn't very clear what they wanted as all it says on the website is "2.5. Applicant’s financial statement of adequate finance is required." They wanted 6 months bank statements and a balance of 20k in any bank/currency.

Showed 6 months statements from Krungsri download from app and printed and a print out of current balance of Lloyd's UK bank and paid the 200USD visa fee.

Received my wee slip to pick up the 12 month multiple entry non-o on Tuesday..copy shop just round the corner so quick and easy if needing extra paperwork printed out.

I am about to apply for the one year extension of my Non-o (I have a Thai child)

However my daughter's Thai ID card is expired, I do have her birth certificate.

Will I need her Thai ID? or will the Birth certificate be fine?

Also she is currently in another province. Will I need her to be there or not?

Thanks in advance for any advice, Shane

I have a Non O extension of stay (based on having a Thai child).

I have had a work permit without issue for the last 2 years.

A potential new job advises I have to leave the country to change my Non O extension of stay to a Non B to be able to work for them. The employer is in a different province.

Can anyone clarify if i absolutely have to leave to country? Surely I should just be able to continue working with the Non O?

Many thanks and apologies if I have the terminology incorrect.

Hello, my non immigrant type O based on a child has run out the other day, im in UK. It was a 90 day per entry/multiple entry for 1 year, can anybody confirm using the website for same visa we can only get 90 day single entry now? There is no drop down just states single, pretty sure the options changed now slightly, anybody experienced this and i guess best way to stay a year again with multiple entries as work overseas. Hi.

I am changing my reason for extension non immigrant o visa based on having a Thai child. What documents are needed?

Does anyone have an updated list. First time I'm doing this. I know already some of the documents needed. Just hoping for a list to check through.

Thank you

Just a note to be aware of. A few updates in regards to a marriage visa at CW.

If you have a 1/2 Thai child, they now require a photo in front of their school as well as a notice of enrollment from the school.

That I noticed, everything else was the same
