I am looking to Arrive in Thailand 1st Dec 2022 with return ticket for

16th March, My thinking 45 days on arrival then February 14 th

Seek 30days Extension to 16th March 2023, Will I be allowed by Immigration into Thailand when I first Land ?

My Wife is a Thai National but hoped to avoid going for a Spouse visa.

Hi, I'm coming in November from UK, I will apply for a 60 day tourist visa which I believe I can extend for another 60 days due to been married to a Thai national?

Would it then be possible to leave thailand via nong khai to Vientiane and then come back in on a visa exempt for 30 (45) days ?

In the last 3 years I have had an overstay , only for one or two days ( each time) on departure , maybe twice, would this affect me for future entree on holiday stamp when arriving
