Hi all. If it wasn’t for this group I wouldn’t be aware of some key bits of info when travelling to and staying in Thailand - many thanks to those who contribute.

The one thing that’s got me is the 90 reporting process. I’ve just been given the dtv visa and will travel in a few weeks but I’ve never received any info telling me about any rules and processes I need to follow. Just wondering what else I might have missed.

Is anyone able to share a link that describes anything I need to be doing while using my visa?

Also interested in anyone’s view on how I’ve missed the 90 day reporting. Should I have been following an official site / page?

I wanted to do my 30-day visa extension in Nonthaburi because the immigration office in Bangkok was too crowded.

However, in Nonthaburi they require a TM.30 form.

Is it possible to have an address in Bangkok but apply for the visa extension in Nonthaburi?

In Bangkok, they never asked for a TM.30.

I have a Non O retirement visa registered in Phuket. I am moving to a different Province. How do I go about transferring my visa to that new province. Immigration at the new one would not issue me a reentry permit and told me it could only be done through Phuket Immigration.

I'm buying a new scooter from Honda garage, and they need a copy of my residence permit.

I don't yet have this.

I am currently in a sublet. The original Thai landlord can peovide me TM30, copy of their title deeds and ID, but the rental agreement is between them and the person I am subletting from.

Is it possible in this circumstance for me to get the residency certificate?

Hi im currently in thailand just got here last week on my dtv visa for the 180 days stamp whoo. However I keep saying people talk about a 90 day check in. My dtv visa comes from being a digital nomad am i required to do a 90 days check in? As I'm unaware of this

My problem is that the landlord whom I stay with has dificulties to help me producing the relevant required documents on residence. What you can suggest me do? Change to another apartment? Hi. I’ve nearly been here 90’days on my DTV visa. I tried to register the 90 day report online. But the first time you need to go in person to your local immigration.

Could you tell me what I need to take with me. I’m in Phuket RAWAI also which part of the immigration do I attend. Any help would be great.

Do you neen a letter of invitation if your staying a a friends condo when applying for a visa ? Or can you just put the address on the application?

Non OA and re-entry vs 90days report

#1 Exiting once on Non OA for an extended period of time with re entry permit and returning 15 days or so before expiration - in time To apply for the one yr extension - what are the requirements regarding 90days report?

#2 Upon return I only have 1 full day available for the processing the extension of stay before re- exiting again for a week this time

Is one day at CW sufficient ?

Question to DTV holders who did a 90 day report in Pattaya. Which documents do they require and how easy is it? Can you submit a tm 30 only for your current place or do they ask for all your tm30s? What happens if you don't have them for all your stays in Thailand?
