Hi All,

So in January I will be leaving and returning to Thailand for the first time since getting my Non O extended and I have a question that I can't find a clear answer to on Google and I was wondering if anyone here could help out. Under the Visa exemption rules you are supposed to have 10k baht or equivalent currency, a flight leaving Thailand and booking details of where you are staying in Thailand. My question is are all of these still a requirement when entering with a Non O, are some still applicable or do they not apply to a Non O? If anyone knows the answer or has experience of being asked any of these while on a Non O the assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm looking for some advice regarding the limit to 2 entries a year using the 60 day visa exemption.

My partner has already been to Thailand twice this year plus an entry on the 1st December last year with a 30 day extension. Will he be denied entry?

If so, is it possible to get a 60 day visa by next Sunday if we apply straight away?

Good morning, i have to organise my trip out of Thailand next week

At the expiry of my current visa exemption extension, it will be 3 month and a week before i reachi 50 yo.

First question that i have to find an answer to is how many days left on Visa exemption extension are needed after turning 50 to be able to apply for a retirement non-o.visa.

Because I have to choose between either doing 2 one day trip border bounce OR doing only one trip out but stay several days abroad.

My Immigration office is Jomtien .

Thanks

Can we travel to Malaysia with our car ( with the car passport) to exit since 90 days visa is expiring. Will there be a problem to get out of Malaysia back to Thailand with the intention to get another 60 days visa exempt. Tia .

Hello, I am new here and I would like to ask you, I am from Slovakia, so we have a free visa for 30 days, I will be in Thailand like "tour escort with local guide" and we will cross land borders maybe twice a month, for example Cambodia, can I do this every month? Is there no problem to get a visa again and again? Thank you very much for answer 🙏🏿

I entered Thailand by air on visa exemption in January. I did 2 land border runs, also visa exemptions in March and May. I recently applied for an education visa but it may not get processed in time before my most recent visa exemption stamp expires. Will I be allowed to exit and reenter Thailand again?

Hello! I am trying to figure out how to extend my 30 day visa exemption. Do I need to be concerned about the TM30 documentation? Do we have to request a TM30 from our lodging or do they submit it and it will be in the database when we try to extend at immigration?

Also, we need to extend our visa early as we will be in Koh Tao when it expires on 12/29. Is there a limit on how early you can extend?
