Currently on a non-b visa and am due in 4 weeks for 90 day report. Previously lived in bangkok and would do 90 day reports at chaengwattana.
6 weeks ago I moved to phang nga province and the place where I am staying submitted the tm30 at phang nga immigration. Does this mean I can now do my 90 day report at phang nga immigration or will I have to fly back to Bangkok to complete my 90 day report?
Questions regarding non o thai spouse yearly extension at Changwatanna office.
Last time I collected extension after consideration period, proof of 400k in bank wasn't required, is this still correct?

What is the procedure for re- entering the country on a LTR visa. Does this re-entry thru airport count as (checking in) Or Do I need to submit another tm30 and apply for new resident certificate. Im renting a condo 1 yr lease in Jomtien passport stamped dec 2029
My dad, after hiring an agent, he has just returned to Thailand from Vietnam and was stamped with a non-o visa. His plan is to do the retirement extensions every year.
I'd love to hear about other's experiences with getting the residence certificate to sign up for a thai bank account and the process of applying for the retirement extension. Was the process easy? I'm looking for advice from people that didn't use an agent.
For the 90 day report, what do you do/what address do you report if you don’t really have one? I’m traveling around not really staying put anywhere long term until after the new year. I’ll likely be in Pattaya when my 90 days comes up…
Hey everyone. I'm doing my retirement visa renewal this Tuesday at the Jontiem office. I have all the documents but here is the question. My leasing agent gave me a copy of the owners passport for the condo. Now should there be lines on it and his signature? This copy is just the passport photo page no lines or signature. Thanks
Hello. I wanted to ask about extending a DTV visa.
I understood that you need to present ALL the documents that were initially presented when first got the visa,
only now the updated ones. So I wanted to ask:
1. Do you need to bring everything printed there (pay slips, bank balance, employment letter from the employer, etc.) including the translation of the documents into Thai ?!
It's at least 40 pages for me...
2. Some people said that you most present them a place of permanent residence or a house contract ?!
I travel and move from place to place, can I present just the TM30 from the hotel where I am staying at the time ?
3. When is the optimal time to do the extension ? 1 week before DTV expires, ok ?
First time online 90 day report questions. The date on my slip is 25 July. What are the window of dates when I can submit my online [what is the website address] reporting? Additionally I've read here and elsewhere it's a bit tricky to do the first time. Can anyone please provide any tips or suggestions to make this initial attempt happen smoothly and efficiently? Thanking all in advance for your support and sharing of previous experiences. Sincerely, MG
