I obtained my Non-immigrant O - single entry – married to Thai Wife Visa from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Los Angeles. I arrived on December 6, 2023 and got a valid until March 4, 2024 Entry Stamp at Chaing Mai Airport for a 90 days stay. Its Feb 5, 2024 today and my flight out is on May 30 2024. That is 115 days from now. Can I simply do a tm7 for another 90 days on May 30th – 90 days = March 1, 2024 ? Or do I have to apply in Chaing Mai for a new Non-immigrant O - single entry – married to Thai Wife visa on March 1, 2024 or METV? An Metv would give me more time but have never done one while in Thailand. All actions seem a bit to close to initiated on March 1, 2024 with my current visa expiring on March 4th. TIA

Applying for non-o 90 days extension in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Has anyone had experience with something like this? I was advised by a visa agent that I can fly out to Phnom Penh, apply for the 90 days non-o extension at the Thai Embassy there. Get the stamp for the extension. Come back to Bangkok, then I should be able to open a bank account. Transfer the 800k baht, let it sit there for at least 60 days. Afterwards apply for the 12 months Visa.

Hi all! Im currently on my first ed visa for Thai language, month 4. I need to leave Thailand for 8 days. The school gave me documentation and proof of attendance, i will also get a reentry permit. I will leave and return through Bkk airport. I’ve heard stories of people being denied entrance with Ed visas even though they’re going to legitimate schools and have the proper documentation. Is this something I should be worried about? Has anyone had issues recently or was it ok? At this point I don’t know if it’s a risk or just some people spreading fear.

Hi, tomorrow I'll be applying for both a TM30 and my 2nd 90-day extension for STV. During my 1st extension, the immigration officer pointed out that I needed a TM30 (I didn't know anything about this at that time) but they'll approve it for now.

My question is, for my TM30 application, do I need to show a rent agreement which covers my past 6-month stay plus my extended 90-stay till Dec, or should it be just the past 6-month stay? Also I recognize that I'm applying late for TM30, so I'll probably get a fine. Thanks!

I'm on an STV visa and will need to go get my first 90 day extension soon.

On my visa it already says "Insurance/Rent until Aug 30th"

So will I still need to show proof of this stuff when I go to get the extension or will they see that the embassy already checked and approved these things?

I can bring the same proof I gave the embassy but my only concern is that the embassy approved my accommodation even though the lease on my apartment only has my girlfriend's name on it.

When we rented the apartment I was on visa amnesty and the landlord wouldn't add me to the lease because I technically didnt have a current visa.

The embassy accepted a letter from my girlfriend but I'm wondering if the immigration office will do the same without an issue.

Hello

just now prepare all my papers for my visa to go to thailand. It will be non-o (marriage)

My question,

after 90 days, is it possible to extend it again for 90 days or if I dont get 90 days, may I extend it for 30 days 3 times?

Thanks a lot for your help🙏
