TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently in Thailand under a MTEV (Multiple Entry Tourist Visa) and is inquiring about where to apply for a 90-day extension. Responses indicate that to extend your stay beyond the current allowance, you must leave Thailand and re-enter. This will grant a new 60-day stamp, after which you can apply for a further 30-day extension, allowing for a total stay of up to 9 months, depending on prior entries.

Or you can fly into Thailand to get the ADDED 60 days stamp.
thank you so much ! My 6 months MTEV expired in the beginning of January and It is my last time « 60 days » that I would like to extend before going out of thailand. Do you know where to go to get the extension ?
not yet for the 30 days extension ! Ending 6th of March. Last time I went to immigration in Chamchuri square rama IV, and they advice to go the Government complex building in Chaengwattana road, which seems really far. Do you think I should go there ?
Yes as you have a METV multiple entry tourist visa... You have to go to the CW CHAENGEWATTANA Thai Immigration office to get the 30 days extension of stay.
thank you so much ! And one more question, do you think I can re-ask for METV 6 months for 2023 from Thailand ? The first time I did from France and then flight to Thailand. If I can submit the e-visa form online then go out of Thailand before the end of the 90 days en re-entry with the new METV ?

IF you have already entered Thailand with a METV multiple entry tourist visa, you received 60 days on arrival and have extended it for 30 days.
To get ADDED time to Stay in Thailand requires you to LEAVE Thailand and REENTER.
When you re-enter you will get another 60 days stamp plus eligible for one 30 day extension.
Your METV multiple entry tourist visa is valid for 6 MONTHS from its original issue date.
With planning it can get you up to 9 months stay in Thailand.
Using a simple land BORDER BOUNCE entry into Thailand.
