Retairement Visa: do you have to keep all the time the 800.000 bath , then 400.000 or can you withdrawl everything and deposit 800.000 the 3 month before the renewal?

Hi, I have applied tourist visa online n got the email to provide additional document to proceed further :

1, address for my stay 60 days in thai — originally I showed the first hotel that I stayed few days as I want to find hotels after landed; should I really need to book 60 days hotel to attach such documents

2, invitation letter from thai people (how to get this or what the content)

If I didn’t attach such additional document, will my record of failed tourist visa to be showed n affect my entry when landed in thai ? I plan to apply Retire visa in thai after landed in fact. Thanks for add advice!

I'm sure it has happened...my passport had to be renewed and my retirement visa is in the old passport....do I present the old one with the new one at thai immigration? Please let me know if you have experienced this

Anyone know what's going on with wise.

I transfer money using wise into my Bangkok bank I mark it as long term for retirement but when I check my Bangkok bank account it shows up as DEP TRF FR E-CH not international transfer. Has something changed with Wise because before it would show up correctly. Also will immigration except it when going for visa renewal

We thought about doing so in Laos or Vietnam before however, I kind of want to visit to Korea soon. So, i am wondering if he can apply for DTV dependent in Korea (Thai) Embassy. Hi, I hold an Australian passport and am in Thailand now. Planning to apply for the MT DTV in December.

- Any recommendations re cities/countries to apply from, in terms of visa success rate, length of process and price?

- Re occupation, is it easier to write unemployed’ so that they won’t ask further evidence re income?
