What documentation do I need for my children's passport separation when applying for a COVID extension in Thailand?

Hi Everyone,

When we arrived in Thailand on a visa exemption 15 months ago, both my children were on their mother's passport.

We are now separating the passports and the new ones will arrive around the 15th July. Our covid extension needs to be renewed on the 28th July.

Question:

Is there anything I need to do, documentation wise, to ensure that we have no issues at Counter K for our upcoming covid extension?
