Did anyone have any issues getting accepted for a Visa if there are mismatched addresses on documents?

My business is registered to my moms address (I was traveling full-time so needed something stationary), my passport address is my old address, and my driver's license is at my new address.

I have recently got DTV visa and will be living at Koh Samui island. I do have an international driving licence for bikes. As my research, for owning a green book I need to have a residential document. But for that, I have to stay at least 3 months. Is it possible for me to purchase a bike and then do the paper work after I got the residential document ? Thank you.

Question regarding the TM30. My spouse and I will be entering on DTV visas at the end of the month, we will be spending 1 month in an Airbnb in Phuket, then 1 month in an Airbnb in Chiang mi while we look for a permanent residence which we plan to have set up by the end of that month. Do we need a TM30 filed for both of the Airbnbs or would we only need the TM30 for our latest residence (which will be the permanent non-airbnb by the time we file the 90 day report).

Once you've applied out of country for the DTV, can you come in country on a tourist visa while you wait for approval of the DTV?

Someone knows an agent in Pattaya to extend DTV in Thailand for another 180?

I know it’s easy to border bounce but kinda lazy to do so, if there’s a way to pay 5-10K to some agent to extend it for me it’s preferred (can prepare most documents again)

I am renewing a retirement visa and am struggling to get the Thai bank account letter early in the morning.

Before then queuing at immigration (Chaeng Wattana). Often too late to get a decent #

Any advice appreciated.

-Does the bank account letter have to be issued the same day as renewal?

Getting updated bank statement for DTV baht requirement

I have $22,000 in an account as of now since i just transferred money to meet the baht requirement. A few days ago I received my monthly statement document which only lists 14,486$ which is below 500,000 baht.

I called Wells Fargo and they said they can't generate an updated statement showing the updated balance. Do I need to wait an entire month to apply for the DTV now? Can I just take a screenshot of my current savings?

I also have a statement from 7 months ago showing 100,000$ but the next (6th month) statement shows them going all into stocks.

Hi! From the UK, currently in Thailand and travelling to Da Nang to apply for DTV. On the application it asks for a home address (I put my UK one), and then says "Is your current address different to your permanent address?"....Does the 'current address' mean a place I will be staying once in Da Nang? Hi guys, I need to apply for a curricular internship visa for Thailand. I'm planning to go to Hanoi to do it, and they said it would take between one to three working days. I saw that the application would be online—do you think I can travel around Vietnam, or do I have to stay in Hanoi for the entire period?

Another question: I saw that they require a document indicating my current location, but I'm not sure what I should upload.
