TLDR : Answer Summary
A rejection of your online 90-day report could indicate several issues. First, if you've traveled abroad after your last report, you'll need to report in person again as your reporting schedule resets. Ensure you are within the correct time frame (between 14 to 7 days before the due date) for online submissions and check if your TM30 (reporting of residence) is up to date, as some immigration offices require a new TM30 for any overnight hotel stays in Thailand. If your previous reporting was too soon or related to an in-country extension, that might also affect your ability to report online.

The meaning is the Thai law demands foreigners to report to immigration every 90 days.

If not wanting to do, you are free to leave Thailand.

Immigration office dependent but some require you to file a new TM30 even if you stay for one night at a hotel inside Thailand

If you traveled outside of the country, it resets. Your next 90 day reporting after you re-entered is considered your first report again.

Did you go on a trip abroad after the first report? If yes, you'll need to report in person again. It resets after each time you're leaving the country.
