hello πŸ˜„

I've had my DTV approved. πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰

Is TM30 reporting within 24 hours still a necessary requirement every time you re-enter Thailand with your DTV?

Do you also need to bring the TM 30 to your 90 day reports like you have to to do an extending your tourist visa?

Any insight would be appreciated πŸ˜ƒ

Regarding applying for a year extension on a retirement visa.

With Bangkok Bank you can request 12 months of statements on the mobile banking app which arrives in pdf format to your email address within about 5 minutes.

Has anybody printed these out and used them for applying for your extension ? Are they acceptable to immigration, rather than having to pre order 7 days in advance for the bank issued statements?

If you’re having trouble opening a bank account, I just noticed that TrueMoney now supports PromptPay QR for tourists!

You can now easily send and receive payments using QR.

No need for third-party apps like Moerata or DeepPocket anymore.

If I am currently in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, is it still possible to apply online through the embassy in Hanoi or HCM? Or do I have to physically be in those cities?

Does anyone know of a site where I can read about the pros and cons of DTV, please? Looks like we have to pay taxes in Thailand as well as my home country?

Thank you so much!
