Hello. Can you enter Thailand as a tourist as many times as you want in a year now ?

I know this group is for the Destination Thailand Visa, but since many digital nomads are here and everyone’s so supportive, I wanted to ask for advice.

I’m Spanish, and my business is registered in Spain. Now that I have a digital nomad visa, I can stay in Thailand for five years.

Is anyone here from Spain or Europe who’s registered their business in a different country than their country of origin?

Any advice on where I could register, and make it easier for me as a new business would be super helpful.

Any insights, resources, consultant recommendations, etc would be much appreciated. 🙏

Hi , I arrived in Thailand on a 60day E Visa , August 18th , I have been to my local Immigration Office and gained a thirty day extension which allows me to remain until 16-11-24 , as long as it’s before 16th can I leave Thailand by land boarder to Loas , return the same day and gain another 60days , also if yes are these 60days from the 16th or from the day I do the boarder run ?? TIA…

Hi. I have submitted my e visa application through Thai consulate in Penang this morning. The system mentioned that I will receive a confirmation email in 15mins to make payment. Until this moment, I didn’t get any email yet. I try to check on the status on thai visa portal about my application, it show pending payment. May I know is there a time frame for the payment procedure ? Thank you

Hello, my partner and I have been together for around 14 months, having met through a friend. I’ve been to Thailand earlier in the year, she came back to the UK in July on a 6 month visitor visa, we are due to fly back to Thailand at the end of December. I know I can get 90 days, 60 days plus 30 by visiting a local immigration office, leave and return which will pretty much get me 6 months in Thailand. After that she plans to return to the UK with me.

So my question is this, I have thought about attending a course whilst in Thailand to learn how to cook Thai food, I understand I can apply for a DTV to assist my stay in the future, what I can’t get my head around is when I finish the course after a few months how can I get a visa that will last 5 years?????.

I am about to go apply in Jakarta and wanted to ask if they asked for bank statements from 3 months back or if they’d accept the most recent statement showing the required funds. I ask this because, while I have the required funds, I do not keep all of money in one single account for security reasons. Any response will be appreciated

Hello, when you leave indefinitely, to be precise with no idea of possible return except to visit family. Should we apply for a visa before departure or after once on Thai soil within the 60 days of the tourist visa?
