Hi. I have submitted my e visa application through Thai consulate in Penang this morning. The system mentioned that I will receive a confirmation email in 15mins to make payment. Until this moment, I didn’t get any email yet. I try to check on the status on thai visa portal about my application, it show pending payment. May I know is there a time frame for the payment procedure ? Thank you

The confirmation email isn't too make the payment. You get that after you have paid. Login and go to your application. There is a little payment icon you can click. That will take you to the page to pay

Did the payment go trhu? I mean, when I applied, I'd get a receipt after I did the payment, not before. To make the payment, I just needed to touch the icon to proceed with the payment.

I'd say something went wrong, are you 100% sure you've checked your spam folder etc and entered the correct email address? Contact the consulate.
