Hi..Danish passport holder, +50y

I,m about to apply for the Non Imm O Visa (I use to have a multi entry Visa valid for one year. I leave the country a few days before 90 days have passed..Come back after a week or so, and be stamped in for another 90 days..This gives me the 6 months I use to stay here.

I have a flight ticket ..arriving in BKK November 2., and would apply for the Visa…BUT the Visas have changed, so the Non Imm O is only a single Visa for 90 days…

So what to do..I need advice

I could drop the Visa and use the Visa Exemption. 60 days + extension..then leave (as I use to) and come back and do the same one more time.

Sorry the long text..but I am a bit chocked..

What options do I have..advice will be appreciated a lot.

DTV Approved from the Embassy in Los Angeles:

Applied on August 27

Approved on Sept. 19

Things I included:

*A cover letter stating my remote work, reason for wanting visa, and not only the documents I was including, but other documents I could provide if asked (such as tax documents, full portfolio, my employee contract, etc.)

*Screenshot of bank account with current balance of needed funds and my name

*Other recent paystubs showing continual income

*A Remote Work Contract letter that I drafted and had my employer sign, stating my release to work remote and my role & responsibilities working remote.

Hope this helps! Going to apply for my husband and daughter now.

Any word on what happens after the 5 years on DTV? So far it appears it’s renewable again. But what if that changes and you’ve built your life in Thailand kinda thing?

Hi Everybody :-) I am from germany. Is it possible to fly to Bangkok, get there the 60 days visa on arrival and than transfer the visa into the DTV? Because the visa needs 3 weeks here but I don't want to wait this time, because I could fly next week.

Thank you in advanced

How many pay slips are required?

Are the pay slips needed to be translated to English? Also, any minimum salary requirements?

I have my appointment for DTV application in Vientiane, in 2 weeks. Getting my supporting documents together and have some questions someone might be able to help with.

FYI, I'm applying as a freelancer.

1, What information should be included in the "confirmation" letters from clients?

2, Do these letters just need to have client's company letterhead/logo and be signed and dated by them? Or will they also need to include their company stamp too?

3, Can I pay the visa fee in Thai baht at the consulate on the day?

Any insights from successful applicants would be great.

Thanks

Can someone correct me if I'm wrong

If I get a multi entry visa

1. valid for 6mths

2. has to be used within first 3 months.after issue

3. X number multi entry's stamped in for 60days at a time

4 if I do last entry say 5mths 3 weeks before visa runs out do I get stamped in for another 60days which will take me over 6mths mark

5 .What I'm not sure of if one of the 60 days can be extend at immigration for another 30days 90 in total

Would this affect any remaing time left on visa

Hello,

i applied for DTV soft power (e-visa Vienna) and i got this request for 5 further documents via mail:

Can anyone tell me what they mean with this one?

Other request documents: Thai school's establishment document in Thai (ใบอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งโรงเรียน)

My Muai Thai center has no idea what this could be. We already submitted the business license.

Together with this muay thai centre, DTVs have already been approved.

Thankfully
