What happened if I don't use my Vis@..I live in Vietnam and had my visa in Feb but I still don't get in to Thailand yet with my new visa..it will affect it?

1) doing dtv in Laos must go to embassy in person or online

2) being software developer freelancing self-employed what kind of documents need to be provided ? Monthly contracts ok? Company statements ?

Recently came back on my DTV at BKK airport. No issues, I gave my DTV paper to the immigration officer, no questions nothing asked. Stamped back in for 6 months!

Looking at getting a DTV and returning to Thailand, but I keep hearing immigration is getting stricter.

Currently in Vietnam, Swedish citizen, programmer, have the required finances.

Just left a startup, now between jobs (own a consultancy company, but no invoices for the past year). Multiple visa runs, tourist extensions, one-day overstay. Last entry immigration told me I won’t get in again without a DTV.

Should I expect issues with my background? Anything I should prep for?

Should I reapply for DTVSIA in Jakarta, Indonesia, after being rejected in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam? How long should I wait before reapplying? I don’t know the exact reason for the rejection, but I suspect it may have been due to missing documents. I want to prepare everything properly and try again.

Hey guys, quick question for anyone who applied online through the Thai Embassy in Jakarta:

I’m currently in Bali and planning to submit my DTV application this week.

My Turkish bank only provides a digitally signed bank statement in Turkish.

Can I submit that with an English translation that I prepare myself (not notarized)?

Has anyone done this and got approved by the Jakarta embassy?
