Say a DTV visa holder flies into Thailand on a date other than the one stated in the application. Would that cause any issues at the border or would it be fine as the visa is valid from the day it is approved anyway?

For how long do I need to have the 500k baht in my bank account? Is one month enough? Can I hand in all the documents in German? Thank you very much in advance

1. If you have a non-imm-O (retirement extension) will that be auto-cancelled when you apply for the DTV?

2. Any issues with internet connectivity/speed in Vientiane specifically?

Has anyone received a DTV Visa from Royal Thai Consulate-General, Los Angeles yet? I ask because I'm leery of applying to them, since the last time I did (for a tourist visa) they denied my visa, refused to offer a reason, and would not refund the application fee. It was only $40, so no big deal. However I do not want to pay $400 for a DTV application and have them refuse the visa without communicating with me. TIA.

Hi everyone, I was scheduled to report for the 90 day notice yesterday. This is my 2nd reporting, and as i remember last time (during the 1st reporting), the immigration officer told me to go online on this day. but since it was a sunday, i figured i'd do it a day before. Then i find out from some friends that i should've done this 15 days before yesterday's due date. Will i be penalized for this?

The status is still pending so far in the immigration website. I'm confused if I should just wait for it or if I should go to the immigration office (ours is in nakhon pathom) asap.

Been offered a good visa deal but would like some advice (wary of fake stamps)

For context:

They mentioned they don't have a website but their name is NP thai visa services or western university

They are based in Buriram and are doing around 50K-70KTHB for a 1 year stamp

So im curious, IF it is a fake stamp, what are the consequences?

Recently I did an ED visa and was promised online classes, then weeks later it was changed to 2-4 in person classes/week, but I cannot do that as I’m busy with my online business

I'm due to apply for my 1st year's extension on being married to a Thai - money in bank account will mature in the next couple of weeks, and 90 day's Non-O expires at the beginning of November. We've been told when we got here that we need a new Kor-Ror 22. Unfortunately our local Amphur office is closed as its currently underwater and we have no idea when it will re-open. We're also unable to actually get to Korat as all the roads to get there are also flooded. My wife says she can't call Korat Immigration as they don't answer the phone. Hopefully the water will subside soon🤞, but as its still rising at the moment I'm getting a bit concerned as to what we do if we can’t get there or get the paperwork they asked for? Is there any way kind of extra time for extenuating circumstances?

i need to get 30 day extension . my visa expires jan 4. im in phuket but moving over to krabi on dec 27, does anyone know the days closed of thai immigration for holidays i prefer to get the extension in krabi versus phuket as i think it might be easier

I got accepted yet no letter yet to get stamped but I also understand that some consulate don’t even have yet instructions?
