How to offer yoga/dance workshops in Thailand?

Many yoga teachers do it in KPG but what kind of work permit / VISA do they have?

Is it ok to do it donation based?

A small question from someone (me) who might possibly retire in Thailand one day: For a small condo, how much will I pay for electricity per month (using a/c)? And how much for water?

I’m close to my 2 year window to go to retire in Thailand. Question, my spouse who just went to LA to Thai consulate to renew her passport made me think about this. Should I apply for a retirement visa in the US before I go or get an agent once I’m there? No experience with any of this.

How long can I stay in Thailand with just my US passport?

If I want to stay longer can I just cross the border into Cambodia then back to Thailand again? Will that reset my number of days?

DTV question - I qualify for this visa in everyway except the 500,000 bhat saved up. If my family loaned me the money just for the visa application process would that work? I would be sending my family the money back after the DVT was issued. Any advice on this?

Can you put Address in Country of Residence the same address as proposed address in Thailand on the application form? I don't know if that would cause any issues? Should I put my Canadian address?

When submitting bank balance to HCM - Vietnam, should there be a balance maintained for 6 months or the final balance of 500,000 baht is sufficient? This is for the DTV.

Just have one burning question I need help with before applying:

Does the 500k THB requirement spanning over a 3-month period require a minimum of 500k THB EACH month? Or a total amount of 500k THB over 3 months?

I have money spread out over multiple accounts and investments, it seems odd for the requirement to have all that money stored in one account for the past 3 months before applying.
