For expats that have a DTV (Destination Thailand Visa)

I'm on Visa exemption until March 16, then can extend for 30days and want to get a DTV

What embassy is the most relaxed with the 500,000 THB rule? where the money has to be sitting on the account for over 3 months

I've just transferred the money to an account, so by the time my extension ends 2 months will have passed since the money landed on the account (not the 3 months that some embassies ask for)

Any advice ? The funds are legit savings and online income, I just had them spread throughout multiple bank accounts

Hello everyone, I would like to ask: the embassy requires a 6-month bank statement and a balance of 500,000 baht — does this mean the balance must be over 500,000 baht every day during those 6 months?

Hey all! My husband and I are hoping to get the DTV visa. Does anyone know how long the 500k baht has to stay in the bank before applying? Also, do most people just apply themselves online or use a lawyer? I've tried to meet with a few and I've felt a bit scammed honestly...Thanks in advance!!

Hi y’all I’m new to the group and I was wondering what the rules were regarding the 15k needed to be approved for the Digital Nomad Visa. I’m considering borrowing half of this amount to get the visa and then paying the half back after - would this work or will I need to show proof of 15k in my account for the entirety of my stay there? I've received a Thailand's Non-immigrant ED Visa through email (E-visa).

But I would like to have that beautiful physical visa sticker on my passport instead of the stamping, can I ask the embassy for it?

Guys for DTV I can attend cooking class as I see right? But it just doesn't make sense to me since the cooking class is only for 1 day. Will I still get accepted?

I went to the search bar before asking this question and I understand the requirements for the DTV visa as it relates to a single self-employed person. However, I've not come across any posts as it relates to children. Has anyone had any experience with it as of yet? In regards to financial proof requirements, custody, etc.
