I have a one year lease paperwork from my landlord. I need to get a 30 day extension on my 60 day tourist visa.

Do I also need a tm30 or resident certificate to get the extension or is the lease sufficient. Thanks

My first year extension expires January 31 when I apply for my next extension will I also get the 30 day under consideration stamp  or will they just approve my extension for the next year till Jan 31 2026?

Hi! I applied for the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa). If I don’t receive a response before my flight date, can I still travel to Thailand on a normal tourist visa-on-arrival? Once in Thailand, if my DTV is approved, would I be able to leave the country and return with the DTV? Also, would there be any issues at immigration if they see that I have a pending DTV application? I’m not sure if immigration can even see this information.

Hello, I've read that i need to do a cancellation of my edu visa or else I'll be fined for overstaying.

The issue here is that I have been chasing and chasing the school for a termination letter and they said they're waiting for the owner to sign the documents. He's rumoured to be on holiday in Germany???

I kept reminding them a month prior to do up the documents and they are not giving me a clear response that they will be helpful.

I should be leaving on 28 December but I'm afraid I will not get the school to give me my documents in time.

What will happen if I just leave before my extension of stay date? I will most likely not be applying for any more long term stay visas in the foreseeable future.

When I previously worked in Thailand, I received a paper bill in the mail each month, which I think took to a 7-Eleven or ATM to scan and pay.

So I was curious how you go about getting a contract and paying your bill if you don’t have a fixed address In Thailand.

Do i have to sign a long term home rental lease of 6 months or 1 year to qualify for my retirement visa? Siam legal said i need to sign long term to qualify. Someone else said i can get the visa with just staying in a hotel room? Any thoughts?

Normally yes but my friend with a student visa did have it because of his visa, I would like to know if it’s the same with the DTV or not ?

There are two extention numbers, however it would seem that they keep you with hold music for 10 minutes then cut uou off???
