I am trying to populate the TDAC, I am a bit unsure if I should put a return flight or not. I have a DTV and I normally stay several months and I have no idea when I will leave Thailand so I don't have a return flight. Should I just leave it blank?

Hi, I’m currently in Australia preparing to return to Thailand in a few weeks. One way ticket purchased a few months ago and now attempting to fill out the Thai Digital Arrival Card.

As I said, I’ve only booked one way as I’m expecting to get the 60 days visa free on arrival, then hoping to extend for an extra month by paying the 1,900 THB nearer the expiration of the 60 days. My problem is that in filling out the TDAC they want to know the date and details of my return flight? In the past I would have just purchased a fully refundable flight, but from what I know now these are no longer available? Any help would be appreciated?

Do I need a document from Immigration to open a bank account (lady at Mall Immigration Office said I did)

But I called them and they said they don't do translation and asked me to find myself and they only do the legalization of the translated copy, need help!

Hi all,

I’m currently preparing my DTV application and was wondering-when uploading the passport scan, should it be cropped to the edges or is it fine to include the white space around it?

Thanks! 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

Hi everyone,

I could use your advice on Thai immigration.

Here’s my situation:

• I first entered Thailand on a 3-month tourist visa,

• Then I switched to a 1-year ED visa,

• After that expired, I did a 1-month visa run.

During the visa run, it was a close call: the immigration officer pulled me aside and only let me in after I booked a return flight on the spot. I was on crutches and explained that I needed more time in Thailand to fully recover.

Now I’ve been out of Thailand for almost 2 months, and I’d really like to go back — I miss it a lot, to be honest.

My question is:

👉 If I fly in without a visa (I’m eligible for a 60-day visa exemption), is there a risk they’ll deny me entry at the airport?

I’m planning to stay on this 60-day exemption and then apply for a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) once my funds have been in my account for 3 months (the required 500,000 THB).

I know I’m a bit impatient to get back 😅 but I want to avoid any trouble at the border.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks in advance!

Preparing for Non-O marriage evisa application in Vientiane. Can I use a year of funds from a U.S. account, or is 2 months in a Thai bank enough? What documents are required, Thai marriage cert, Kor Ror 2, handwritten letter from my wife, proof of current location in Laos, anything I’m missing? Lastly, is Vientiane or Savanakhet faster in SEA, any other option? TIA

Dear All. Need advise on the O-A visa. To show the financial evidence of the bank statements, does this need to be my country of residence bank account or a thai bank account. I had been reading different information regarding this.

1. Financial evidence showing monthly income of no less than 65,000 THB or having the current balance of 800,000 THB (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, proof of earnings)
