What should I do if my Muay Thai gym provided incorrect documents for my visa application in Thailand?
Applying from Vietnam on 26 October. Muay thai. Just revieved all the documents from muay thai gym and they are wrong. My name has been misspelled. Obviously muay thai gym will need to redo it. While that is happening
I also noticed I paid for 12 months training but the muay thai gym letter says training from nov 2025 to august 2026. Is this an error? And there is a section that says visa will allow the individual to stay in Thailand a minimum of 90 days again is this an error or is this related to the 90 day check in?
Should I be asking the Gym to change that information as well

Answer summary
The user is facing issues with their Muay Thai gym's documents for a visa application, as their name is misspelled and the training duration is incorrectly stated. They are questioning whether to ask the gym to correct these errors, especially regarding the unexpected training dates and the minimum stay requirement noted in the documents.

Should change the gym/agent you're dealing with.

My gym also write to the document that course is 6 months. I asked them to change it beacuse i paid for 12 months. They never offered 6 months training. The longer the course the better it looks for immigration. And i would want to worry that when i do this 6 months visa rund that they might ask if the course is still ongoing.

My gym was absolutely perfect, they provide me all the documents within few hrs and ask me to double check to make sure everything was ok. When I got asked for additional documents (including extra stuff from gym), they mailed/called the embassy I was applying at and made sure to work together with them to make my application approved. Wildcat gym Chiang Mai. Highly reccomended
