Hi i plan to apply and have 3 questions:

1. I am Israeli and currently residing in Tbilisi, i read that the responsible thai embassy is the one in Ankara. Considering the political climate it will not be safe to travel there if they request an in person meeting, what should i do in that case?

2. I plan to get the visa together with my family for both my spouse and baby, but we aren't married. What document should we provide to prove our relationship? Will a birth certificate be sufficient to also show my relationship with my spouse?

3. When they ask for a bank statement, are they expecting the balance to be over 500k for the entire duration of the statement or just the balance at the time of issuing the statement?

Hello, does anyone know if when I apply for my DTV I can apply for both mine and those of my dependents (wife and children) together in the same process, or would I have to apply for mine first and once approved I could apply for my dependents' visas?

Monthly revenue 4020 Euros

(Preference not the e-visa because of the processing time and because we are in Thaïland now)

And do you know any agents who can make that work?

Question that I'm unclear about for the DTV.

If I'm applying for it under my online business, and want to bring my family with me, (husband and two kids) do we have to pay the application fee 4 times or is it all under 1 application? Alternatively, do we all need to have our own 500k baht, or can it be the same bank account for everyone? Thanks in advance!

NON-O Family Extension Question - Lump sum method - Chaeng Whattana

Hi Todd and all, please confirm or correct me if I’m wrong:

I deposit 400k lump sum to bank account 3 month before extension application.

Must get bank statement for account one day before application.

The best bank to deposit is Bangkok Bank, especially because they have branch in Immigration Building basement.

I must keep the sum in account until get final stamp on 2nd visit to immigration. Then I may use funds.

I'm currently separated from my Thai wife awaiting a divorce, we have a son together, i'm on the birth certificate. I was hoping to be able to get an extension based on dependency however Hua Hin immigration are still asking for marriage certificate and pictures of my wife son and I together. is it standard to need these for an extension based on dependency ?

Is it possible to get a dependent visa linked to my adult son who has a non immigrant b visa? We have been given conflicting answers and thought your expertise may help with a way forward.
