Applying from Vietnam on 26 October. Muay thai. Just revieved all the documents from muay thai gym and they are wrong. My name has been misspelled. Obviously muay thai gym will need to redo it. While that is happening

I also noticed I paid for 12 months training but the muay thai gym letter says training from nov 2025 to august 2026. Is this an error? And there is a section that says visa will allow the individual to stay in Thailand a minimum of 90 days again is this an error or is this related to the 90 day check in?

Should I be asking the Gym to change that information as well

If I’m applying for a Soft Power Muay Thai DTV, is there a minimum course length I need to demonstrate when submitting my documents? For example, do I need to prebook six months of training, or would booking just a month still meet the requirements? (Never booked more than 2-3 months of training after two years in Thailand because injury risk)

Also, how is the program regulated—or not—in terms of switching gyms? For instance, if I start training in the south and later want to move to a gym in Bangkok, would that affect my eligibility?

Thanks

Hey everyone. I'm planning to apply for dtv from Los Angeles for muay thai classes. Do I need to sign up for 6 months? Or is one month enough to get approved? The school is saying 1 month has been approved specifically from Los Angeles but I'm wondering if anyone has personal experience.

Has anyone applied for Muay Thai softpower DTV in Paris embassy?

How many months of Muay Thai courses are required? 1 month enough?

About to go to Vietnam to start applying DTV - SOFT power skills.

I'm deciding between 2 gyms - 1 doing unlimited 1 month training and the other 1x training a day for 3 months. Both same price.

Question: 1. Is 1 month training sufficient for the DTV visa? 2. Did anyone recently apply got the visa with only 1 month training schedule?

PS: my preference is the 1 month unlimited training.

I want to apply for a DTV from Canada through Soft Power (Muay Thai). What is the minimum Muay Thai training requirement to be approved? Would 6 months of training once a week be sufficient?

I already train at a Muaythai gym in Pattaya, but I don't think they are set up to help with DTV.

1. If I have to change gym, what's the minimum period of enrolment for a successful application?

2. Do I have to re-enrol at the same gym? Would I be able to re-enrol at my USUAL gym even if it's not the one on my original application?

Hello, for those who have taken muay thai classes. How long did you take? Most courses last 6 months. I'd like to stay in Koh Samui but I haven't found any boxing classes there, so I'll have to stay in Bangkok for a while.
