Hello All! Everything been smooth with DTV since I got it.

For 90 day report, my first one, Krabi immigration.

1. What do I need to bring?

2. I understand I must show up personally in the office (remotely send docs not possible?).

3. I have wife and two small kids 2 and 4. All with DTV. I read I can go myself and bring their docs. Or do we all need to travel?

Thank you Xperts!

Has anyone used the Thai Consulate in Hong Kong to have their DVT approved and if so how long did it take when I did research it stated must reside in HK I assume that having a valid visa and staying in a hotel would be okay

Question about 90 days report

I usually applied 90 days report via Online previously with ED visa. Then, I cancelled ED visa and went back to Thailand with DTV a month ago, just 30 days in Thailand obviously.

However, the immigration send email to notify for 90 days report.

Do I need to report now or do I need to wait till 90 days after re-entry?

Approved in Phnom Penh, Cambodia after ~22 business days.

Applied on Oct 6. Embassy requested more docs on Oct 7. Pending approval since Oct 8 or 9. And then approved on Nov 7.

Took way longer than expected. I called one time to ask for an update, and they said they would look into it. A week later, nothing. Called again today, and they approved it within an hour.

How much freelance experience did you have when you obtained the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa)?

I'm working full-time until this month and need to start building up my freelance experience from December. I'm considering applying for the DTV after accumulating a certain amount of experience, and any information you have would be very helpful."

βŒ›Running Out of Time: Can I Exit & Re-enter While DTV Is Processing?

Hi everyone, ✨

I’m a Malaysian currently in Indonesia on the 30-day visa-free entry (there is no way to extend this while I'm in Indonesia) and my DTV application is already submitted and in process. My first one was rejected so this is my second attempt. However I'm running out of time.

My stay expires soon, 12th Nov, so I’m planning to leave Indonesia and re-enter on the same day.

❓ My question:

If I exit and return to Indonesia while my DTV application is still being processed,

πŸ‘‰ Will my application remain valid, or will it be voided?

Has anyone done this successfully or received official clarification?

Thank u so much πŸ™πŸ’•

Any insights or experience would be appreciated!

Hi all , I’m just beginning my visa research process. I would like to apply for non o retirement based on 800000 baht in Thai bank account. Will be applying from Oz , I understand you get initial 90 days, then apply for 1 year extension, what happens after that,, ? Do you continue to apply for yearly extensions ? Also have things changed & is health insurance a must? ? Tia πŸ™

Anyone had a DTV approved in the last week for a digital nomad route - where did they go? Heard Vietnam started denying them - is that true? I'm from UK currently in Thailand so looking for a safe place nearby to apply from.

I hope this is not a dumb question but if you used a agent to sort out your retirement visa and all the other stuff do you have to keep using the agent every year after that this will be my first retirement visa
