problem with opening an account far from home is that when there is an issue, you may have to go into 'your' branch

it literally takes 2 minutes, if that 🤷‍♂️ ibsupposecit depends whether or not the landlord has more than 1 property and whether or not that landlord sets up a different account for each property. I only have the one property but I know that on that account I can have multiple properties registered. 🤷‍♂️

I'm saying that as a landlord, I would never hand over log in details. Can I ask how you know this is common? Anyway, I'll stick with my own decision to keep my log in details to myself 😁

I would never give my log in ID and password to any tenant. It's not the tenants responsibility to register for a TM30
