the main thing seems to be reasons to return to Thailand. The fact that she's had 2 already should make it a more straightforward process. I done letters from her family, letters from me, all financials. Only reason for going to UK is to spend time with you and your family.

No, I've did it myself twice and not that difficult. Last one was a 2 year visitor visa. Next up, 10 year visitor visa 🤞

Do it yourself. Get the paperwork sorted and go within 7 days of your stamp ending, and go first thing in the morning (8am) 1900฿

Do your NON-O when you actually plan to retire here. Before that you can enter visa exempt and extend for the 90 days that you require this year

yes, visa exempt stamp expiring on February 1 and applying for the 30 day extension. I know it just gotta do what they say, was more querying here to see if anyone else had experienced going at 10:25 and basically being told to return the following day implying 10:25 was too late

yes. I understand being told on the 23rd to return the following week as it was outside the 7 days remaining. But the way I understood what happened today was that I arrived too late to apply today 🤷‍♂️ never heard of that before

i didn't even get into the queue to hand over my passport, simply told to return tomorrow and that it opens at 8am 🤷‍♂️
