You have a 60 day tourist visa, Valid until 8 June ? Is it single entry or the metv ?

You will get 60 days on arrival 5 April. Your wife can get hospital to help get the 30 days extension, you can also get the 30 days extension at immigration total 90 days each.

Extension requires Thai bank account and 800k sitting in it for 2 months. If you can not do that you need to leave and come back as a tourist.

 no one knows when it will be cut back to 30 it's still only talk. You will need to do the new TDAC though
