If they take your passport and tell you to come back next day... even better.

Then you only spend about 15 Minutes

It's same for everybody.

They give you appointment now. It was not more than 1.5 hours.

1.5 hours for 4000b I will even work in my own country for that money

I did it myself yesterday before. Jomtien. It is so easy. You can pay 200b and they fill out the form for you. Make copies, foto everything. Outside immigration. All you need is TM30 form.

Paying 4000b is nonsense

Either you are a citizen of the country and are entiteled for a passport or not.
