What should I do if I can only upload one photo for my eVisa application which requires documentation of all stays in Thailand for the past 12 months?

Easy way to combine them is to add the photos to a new Facebook page, select “Choose Layout” & frame grab the group photo (If you post the FB Page to yourself only, you’ll have have a permanent copy to access as required).

Can I change my home branch with Bangkok Bank if I no longer live in the city where I opened my account?

That’s why I suggested contacting the customer services first & note the name of the person you speak to, then if a branch tells you something different you can refer them to that person in customer services. The staff in any branch will usually back down before having to confront anyone else.

Some banks / branches will allow you to transfer your account whilst others will tell you it’s not possible. I previously transferred a Kasikorn account to a branch in Bangkok from Pattaya with no problems.

Might be best it you contact you bank’s customer services who will advise you properly.

You can exit Thailand via any land or air border without any problems.

Why do some Bangkok Bank branches refuse to provide account statements while others do?

Ask politely but insist to speak to the manager & the teller usually will oblige you rather than lose face in front of their boss.
