I, US citizen entered Bangkok via flight on a 30 days Visa exemption.

Question:

Can I exit Thailand thru it’s southern border via train to Malaysia??

You can exit Thailand via any land or air border without any problems.

You can exit at any border point. Air or land. There is a limit of two border exempt entries per calendar year ( if you were planning to return using one).
