not in Petchabun. Since Covid no need for the TM 30 and after I got my pink ID and yellow book they said that according to the law I don't need to complete the TM 30 anymore as the Yellow book serves as your permanent address in Thailand. Difference does exist between offices and this seems to be one.
according to the law you don't need to complete the TM 30 only 90 day reporting. I also have the same documents as you and no TM 30 required. Officially the TM 30 was scrapped during Covid and this is the first I heard of its return.
try to employ a person for that wage in Bkk. Even in the sticks it's now B 400 to B 500 per day. Entry level wages for government officials are already above B 15 k.
/m which is an indication on the low side. It depends on where you stay, what you do, what you eat etc. In a rural settings eating Thai food and traveling only in your area you can get away with B20 k. The sky is however the limit.
foreign tourism make up about 4% of GDP. Less than 2% comes from western tourists. The effect of international tourism in certain areas may be greater than in others. In our area foreign tourism contributes less than 0,5% of GDP.
Draw B 20 k cash, buy a one way flight ticket out of the country and get to the airport. Outside the country you apply for a visa and try to re-enter. Goodluck.
Two scenarios you were married outside Thailand and want to register the marriage here or you want to marry here, which one?
If you want to marry here then the procedure is an affidavit from your embassy to say you are free to marry, plus a certified copy of your passport. These docs must be translated and taken to MFA to be legalized. After you get these docs back you go to the ampur to register your marriage. If you want to obtain a non imm O visa based on marriage you need B 400k in a Thai bank account or income letter from your embassy. Each office has it own rules so best talk to your immigration office about their requirements.
not my experience at all. My wife phone and time and again cheaper prices 2 or 3 days in advance. Many times without pre payment or cancellation restrictions.
