How Can I Obtain a Non O Visa in Thailand Based on Having a Child?

So if i have a thai child, i am mentioned at birth certificate all i need to do is go to Savannakhet Thai Embassy and i can get 3 months non o visa and i can extend it later for 2 more months? If i have a work permit, it will normally stay with me if i change non b visa to non o based on a child support?

I am not sure how my lawyer did that, but for now I have 1 social security payment but I gave 4 Thai Id and 4 house book. And I got my work permit. But if I get married I can get non B 1 year visa? And I need only 2 Thai staff then so I don't have to do visa runs?
