What are my options for extending my Non-B Visa in Thailand considering I have a Thai child?

Hello.

I am on a 3 months single entry non b visa which is gonna expire 2nd of may. I am wondering what are my options now. Previous plan was to change it to a non o marriage visa but because of lockdowns I was not able to get to my country and get single certificate. So now I am not able to get married and change visa to a different one. Normally I would go Malaysia and get 1 more non b 3 months single entry visa but it is almost impossible. If the visa amnesty will be extended does it work for me also? Or is it possible for me to make any extension here in Phuket? I have a Thai child if it helps anything.

you MIGHT be able to get a 60 day visit thai family extension based on being the father of a half thai child. You'd have to go to the immigration office you deal with and see.

There is no reason to wait for this current stamp to expire seeing as they ADD the 60 days on to your current stamp expiration date..
