That contradicts previous (recent) reports stating that you have to go through passport control first (at zone 2 preferably) and then head to the re-entry office in the corner on your left. Anyway, I'll see it tomorrow 😁

AFAIK you can do online (I did - BKK based) but make sure you use the details from your updated TM 30.

good for you but that's not the normal course. One can always try but most will be rejected. Just make sure you have enough time to go in person after the rejection.

The first report is always in person. New passport? In person again, also because you will likely have stamps to be transferred too.
