# Can I do my first-time 90-day reporting at the One Stop Service Center in One Bangkok? I am here on a Non O Retirement visa, but have always traveled before the 90-day report was due. I live near One Bangkok, so it seems a great option, if this is true. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
You cannot complete your first-time 90-day reporting at the One Stop Service Center in One Bangkok with a Non-O Retirement visa unless that office issued your visa or extension. Each immigration office in Bangkok has clearly defined jurisdiction, and you must report to the office that issued your visa. Additionally, it is important to note that if you re-entered Thailand after traveling, your 90-day reporting period resets.

Sadly, One Bangkok is not your option if you need to do a 90-day report in person unless your visa/extension is issued there. In Bangkok, the area of responsibility of each office is clearly defined. You must go (or send documents) to the office that issued your visa/extension for your 90-day report in person. (except Non-LA)

that is an extremely confusing way to say you must do the 90 day report in the area in which you either live, or had a TM30 done for you. I Have not had a visa, nor extension, done in Thailand. Your comment would mean nothing to my situation, and it sounds like, the OP's situation.

, my comment is the answer to OP's question.

That you have a TM30 with a Bangkok address doesn't mean you can use any of the immigration offices in Bangkok for your 90-day report.

You said: "you must do the 90 day report in the area in which you either live, or had a TM30 done for you".

That is NOT the case in Bangkok.

9kay. Fair enough in Bangkok. But you still may not go to where the visa was done, as you stated, as it may have been done external to Thailand.

"returned before the 90 day report was due"? Why? The 90 days are reset when you re-entered the country. Did they never tell you at immigration you were way too early?

= EDITED to delete the "and returned." I just meant that I have always left the country before my 90-day reporting was due (and then returned, starting a new 90-day countdown). Therefore I have never had to do a 90-day report. This will be my first time. Just asking if this location is an option rather than going to CW

if your doing 90 days reports you are no longer on a Non-O Visa (90 day stamp so no 90 day reporting) but on an Extension of Stay

as far as I know you can only do this in CW. Check the online appointment website, it will list the options
