Poipet is open however the downside to it is this…if you go as a lone wolf border bouncer you will most likely get denied and have to spend a few days in Cambodia…if you go with an “authorized” border bounce company which costs extra money for their services then you will most likely have no problems doing a border bounce….there are multiple reports on this at that border crossing
